During Teacher Appreciation week, Fairfax County Park Authority would like to recognize our skilled and dedicated preschool staff.

“These teachers do so much for the county,” says Jenny Pizano, Franconia Rec Center Recreation Programs Supervisor. Our preschool staff create warm and welcoming spaces that allow children to “feel confident and parents to feel a strong sense of community,” she adds.

The Park Authority celebrates our 17 preschool teachers at our three Kids Play Preschool sites: Franconia Rec Center, Stone Mansion and Spring Hill Rec Center.
